After buying some stuff to drink/eat we followed the official road (with a little unwanted km) and took as well the extra km near the Danube instead of the shortcut on the main road.
The vegetation was very nice and nearly like a national parc. To our surprise: a lot of fishing and camping grounds that were not on our maps.
We took later a coffee and went direction Croatia again, where the vineyards started.
Arriving in Vukovar, we could already see first impact of the siege, over 20 years ago. Not a happy story.
